London uses kiosks everywhere: coffee on station forecourts, tickets at attractions and stadiums, information points in parks, attendants in car parks and pop-up stores on shopping streets. Space is tight, footfall is high and the kiosk often stands in front of an important building, so it has to look right as well as work.
Each kiosk on this page is factory-built and fitted out, arrives in one piece and is lifted onto its base by the lorry's own crane.
On a historic London street, a kiosk often has to sit comfortably next to a listed building. The heritage kiosk does that by adding a classic cornice and panelling to a modern insulated cabin.
Heritage kiosks are made to size and finished in a colour to order, so they suit historic squares, parks, museum frontages and conservation areas. Price on request: we send a written quote with a drawing you can use in a planning application.

Prices are to buy, ex works, + VAT. Delivery into London by crane lorry is quoted in your written quote. Add any size to your quote basket and request a written quote by email.
Short hire suits a one-day event. For a pitch you will hold for a season or longer, compare the hire total with these prices: buying can work out cheaper, and the kiosk can move with you when a lease ends.

A canopy kiosk gives a pop-up store the look of a small shop: stone-effect cladding, a canopy roof with lights and a wide window for display. A composite kiosk gives a sharper, corporate look with aluminium composite cladding. See canopy cabins and outdoor retail kiosks.
For coffee or street food, a 2.15 × 2.70 m GRP kiosk takes a counter, equipment and two staff behind a serving hatch. Lights, sockets and a consumer unit are fitted; a sink and water connection are confirmed in your written quote. Register as a food business with your borough at least 28 days before opening — see catering kiosks.

Where budget matters, GRP is the workhorse: moulded in one piece, with no joints to leak and nothing to rot or rust, and a smooth finish that is easy to clean after a busy day. It can be finished in your colours.
Weight matters in London too. A 1.50 × 1.50 m GRP kiosk weighs about 280 kg, against about 700 kg for a 1.40 × 1.40 m canopy kiosk, which makes a lift from the road simpler to plan.
Kiosks arrive fully assembled on a lorry with its own crane (HIAB), which lifts them onto a slab, paving or four level pads. In central London a lift from the road may need a parking suspension or a permit from the borough or, on red routes, Transport for London, so tell us the exact spot early.
Planning is handled by your borough or the City of London. Much of central London is covered by conservation areas and listed buildings, so a permanent kiosk on a street or square usually needs planning permission; we supply drawings for the application. London boroughs also license street trading themselves, so check before you book a pitch.

Used kiosks can look cheap, but London sites leave little room for surprises. Watch for leaking joints, soft floors, wiring with no certificate and a layout that suits someone else. A new kiosk from us is built to your drawing, arrives with electrics fitted and carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing and assembly faults.
Our products are used in over 140 countries, with ISO 9001:2015 and CE certified production. For other cities, see Birmingham modular kiosks or all kiosks for cities.
