A panel cabin is a small prefab building made from insulated sandwich panels — an insulating foam core bonded between two steel skins — fixed to a galvanised steel frame. It is the simplest, lowest-cost way to put a warm, lockable room on a site.
The panels do the insulating and the frame does the carrying, so the cabins are light: the smallest weighs about 100 kg and the largest about 380 kg. They can be lifted with a small crane and moved to the next site when a job ends.
They are also sold as prefab cabins, modular cabins or insulated cabins. Our range here is five small panel cabins, from a one-person booth to a small site office. For bigger prefab and modular cabins — site offices and canteens from 20ft × 8ft — see portable cabins and modular buildings.

Every price is ex works, + VAT, for a cabin that is glazed, with a door and electrics fitted. Delivery by crane lorry is quoted for your postcode in your written quote. Add any size to your quote basket and send an inquiry.

Panel cabins do the same jobs as heavier kiosks for less money. Match the size to the number of people inside and the kit they need.

Both are insulated and both arrive ready to connect. The difference is the shell, the weight and the price.
If the cabin will stay put for years in a public place, a seamless GRP kiosk cabin is worth the extra. For a construction phase, a seasonal car park or a tight budget, a panel cabin does the job for less.

Every panel cabin leaves the factory glazed, wired and ready to plug in. You choose door and window positions on the drawing we send with your quote.

Panel cabins travel assembled on a lorry with its own crane (HIAB) and are lifted straight onto your base. At 100–380 kg they need only a small lift and can go into tighter spots than heavier cabins.
The base should be firm and level: a concrete slab, paving or four level concrete pads at the corners. Bolt the cabin down on exposed sites — a light cabin needs fixing more than a heavy one. An electrician then connects the supply to the consumer unit.
A temporary cabin inside an existing site usually needs no planning permission; a permanent one at a public entrance can, so check with your council or ask us in your inquiry.

Our products are used in over 140 countries. For cold sites, extra insulation can be added to the standard sandwich-panel build.
Production is ISO 9001:2015 and CE certified, and every panel cabin has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing and assembly faults. Each cabin is built to order, so the price you see is the price we build to.

A panel with an insulating core — EPS foam as standard, rock wool as an option — bonded between two steel skins. It is light, stiff and insulated in one piece, which is why it is widely used for cabins and industrial buildings.
Yes. Walls and roof are insulated sandwich panels, so a small heater keeps one or two people comfortable. A heater is an option we confirm in your written quote.
Standard panels have an EPS foam core and we do not sell them as fire rated. If fire performance matters on your site, ask for the rock-wool core option and we confirm the specification in your written quote.
Yes. At 100–380 kg a panel cabin can be lifted by a small crane, loaded onto a lorry and set down on the next base.
Our panel cabins are small booths and offices up to 2.60 × 2.60 m. Portable cabins are larger, 20ft × 8ft to 23ft × 10ft, for site offices and canteens, from £4,290 + VAT.
Yes. Lights, sockets and a consumer unit are fitted at the factory. An electrician connects the incoming supply on site.
The 2.60 × 2.60 m size has room for a WC option.
